Another hiker saw a bear earlier. I started out taking Old Baldy trail up to the saddle, and then took Super. Avail of a theme that changes each winter to the delight of locals and tourists alike. If you continue on the trail, you will arrive at Armour Spring, and, past that, to Florida Saddle and the Crest Trail which heads back to Baldy Saddle.
